podXT tone test (guitar + drums)

hi,

this is my first post here, so hi everybody!

anyway, i got my podXT a few months ago and i'm doing my first recording attempts with this unit, so i'm sure there's a lot of room for improvement.

my recording setup is:
ibanez rg7680 > podXT w/modelpacks > Audigy 2 > Sonar 4 > some cheap beyerdynamic headphones

i used the cakewalk TTS1 plugin for dums, which are pretty much basic midi drums, so don't comment on the crappyness of the drum sound

it's 2 tracks of guitars panned 100% L/R. I tried mixing a little with slight EQ on guitars and drums and then i compressed the mix. I used some cheap beyerdynamic headphones for mixing.

what do you think of the tone / mix !?

Very cool sound for the Pod. It does that grating "metallic" sound really well.

hm, i can't copy files onto the ftp server alltough i can download. I'm running OS X, so maybe i'll need an additional program for that.
