I must say that I do not know of a single doctor anywhere near me who DOESN'T bulk bill..

Same... there are at least 5 doctors within 15 minutes of my place who bulk bill. Plus I live 2 minutes from Westmead Hospital. So I can't complain really about that

The NHS in England craps all over our system. Mum gets most of her dental work done there because here's it's ridiculously expensive, thanks to our mate Jonny H.

Dental is a problem.. Has it always been that way, I'm not sure?

Yes it has. Dental has never been covered by Medicare, and dentists charge pretty much whatever they like. Cunts.
