I've done maximum two consecutive sim screamers b4 the amp to get a really wonky sound, it eats a lot of low end but it sounds rad sometimes, depending on the source. More than two sounds like digital or whatevs.

yOU?

+10. Why? Well, it's one louder, isn't it? It's not ten. You see, most blokes, you know, will be playing at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your guitar. Where can you go from there? Where?

My typical setup. (don't steal my settings!)

btw I don't use dist, only clean boosts. I can't record anything at the moment but I'll post clips when I can. 1 TS vs 2.

I can't record without an OD, and I prefer an SD-1, but I will never use more than one, if you do you are either trying to get a djent tone or you just fail at life.

If there was a nuclear war, my underground bunker would just be tube screamers and nothing else, not even a bed.

I don't even use an amp just loads of tube screamers.

Nah but seriously one should be enough. If more than one sounds different and you like it no harm in trying it out though.

I've never really cared for the whole 'ts-boost-thing'. Always preffered Rat, Ds-1, Distortion+ etc type of pedals for boosting. I really don't fancy the bass loss-mid honk that ts-type pedals introduce, though I do realise that that's exactly the reason people love those things. Just a preference easthetics, I like more of squishymushy wall-of-sound type of guitars.

Lately been trying out boosting high gain tones with fuzzes, and I'm really liking the results.

This of course in the realm of AxeFX2, but I can't really imagine it sounding worse with the real deal. Do pardon the extremely generic riffing.
