She did release a solo album, but I found it reallly boring, and I'm a Portishead fan.. well, only the "dummy" album really.

You should check out Goldfrapp. Their first album was quite triphoppy, yet more.. organic, perhaps. The singer also did some work with Tricky at some point.

Their second album is alot darker and noisier.. fucking good though.

it was Beth w/Rustin man............Alien is a fake, its another band or just a roumer........not Portishead CD
