Yeah, despite the offensive, he obviously showed restraint when the attacker was floored. I heard of a "friend-of-a-friend" who was charged with attempted murder after kicking a guy's head when he was down during a street fight.

Sad thing is, I wouldn't be too surprised if the trained chap in that video was charged with reciprocated assault using excessive force or something similar.
