How does Tim calculate shipping? I've never ordered more than one CD at a time from him, and it's always $4. Does he charge this flat rate per CD, for up to #X CDs, or what?

I think it's 4 dollars flat rate no matter what you buy. When I bought Manilla Road from there it was 5 bucks flat rate though
