Witching Hour Productions has 2 of them. I bought the black one from there. Once you register an account it makes the prices cheaper. Looks like some sizes are out of stock though on both of them.

Got a copy of Ceremonium - Into the Autumn Shade in the mail yesterday. I emailed Thomas Pioli and asked him if he had a copy by chance, & he replied that he had 1 copy he could let go. I paid more than retail for it, but it was still a good deal & also kind of cool to get it from one of the band members from one of my favorite bands. I also got a 40 Watt Sun shirt yesterday as well.

Not sure if it's the same edition as the fold out one (am hoping so). I didn't have either album, so i'm happy either way.

Beyond The Gates is also great, it's sort of a gatefold and includes a poster with both the "Beyond The Gates" cover art and the "Eyes Of Horror" if you flip it around.

And one can never buy too much music! Besides, food is overrated!
