I would duck underneath it and shoot in for the double leg takedown right into side control. I'm pretty sure Ryu has no ground game whatsoever. I could mount and work for an armbar or maybe an ezekial choke if I was wearing my gi. Or I could skip the mount and stay in side control and cinch up a kimura. Your Ryu arms look pretty skinny so it probably wouldn't be that hard. If you were a feisty bugger and fought back, trying to get out (putting your arms up like you know you shouldn't), I could just sprawl and pin your arm up in the air with your bicep across your carotid with the back of my head, slide one arm under your neck and sink in an arm triangle. That one hurts AND puts you to sleep.

Of course, this is all assuming I successfully avoid the dragon punch, which obviously is no easy feat.
