Went to Zestfest today with David, at Irving's funky new convention center. The outside is all copper...from a distance it just looks like a weird rusty building. The intention is for the copper to change colors, but that'll take years!

Derick did it and survived.

That's what pen spinning is Gives me something to do while I'm sitting at my desk while I'm at work/school waiting on someone to fudge up our computers/printers/network. As far as my skill-level? Not quite to the level of those guys, to say the least. I can do the four fundamental tricks (Charge, sonic, fingerpass, and -rounds) and a few combos, quite fluidly. Some of that stuff is crazy hard. With such a portable/non-impact little hobby though, you can spend much more time on it than you would imagine and get skilled quite quickly.
