Is it going to be THAT bad a thing is everyone gets the same mix just for practising? if you get a decent mix from a mixer where everyone can be heard then the 1 mix should be alright for everyone and all you need is a headphone amp.

Get your drummer to setup his real kit and bring your stacks. Play for 12 hours straight at least- just to piss the fuck outta them. DO IT.
