Premix i'm working on. (Soilwork/InFlames like stuff)

I think it sounds pretty good but I hear some clicks here and there, more noticeably during the intro, you might want to check that out. The ride seems a tad too loud maybe, don't think the rest of the overheads are too loud. Hats are a bit harsh though, very thin hh?

Thanks Brett!

I think the clicks are probably from my editting, its with every edit i do but with some i just get a click when my audio is done, don't realy know how to prevent this except for aquick fade out or something.

His main hihat is okay, but he has another one thats pretty harsch, don't realy know if its pretty thin or not, should have told him to ditch it while we were still in recording mode anway, but we had to move fast :(
Think i'll just ride the overheads in those parts...

Thanks for the feedback!

Love it, only i thing i have to say is that i think the solo @2:35 is a bit soft compared to the rythm guitars, but that's just me.
Nice dude.

i'm totally digging the band! i'd love to mix a band like that. really excelent sounding mix too, but theres a few thing i'd do differently though. probably just personal taste but you may want to try it out.

hard pan the overheads and cymbals and toms a lot more, they seem way too centered imo. also with the overheads, i would put a compressor on them with a 5:1 type ratio with a really slow attack and slow release as well. the rhythm guitars sound great as far as eq and tone and everything, but just for the fun of it if you have any auto tune or melodyne programs, i would try that out only during the guitar harmonies, just to make them perfectly in tune. with the guitar solo's, try a bit of compression similar to that of the overheads to bring them out a bit more. the overall mix kid of sounds like the compression is pumping a bit too much, probably try a faster attack/release on the overall mix.
