yeh i went there recently. Its in an area of bath called 'fox hill' - which happens to be a camel song.

Use 300 px white brush + overlay for light fog effect on water
Copy bridge, flip vertical, line it up, remove the rest that is not in the water, use
either hard light or vivid (can't remember) and lower that opacity
On Bottom, use orange brush in top left > overlay, blue in water > overlay, green on trees and land, lower the opacities to 10% - 20% (All 300 px brushes)
