Pro Tools Blues: Elastic Audio

So I've had this rock band come in. They recorded a track at 150bpm but they wanna bring it down to 146bpm.

I enabled elastic audio on all the tracks. However, when I bring down the tempo Pro Tools 9 does nothing.

I tried this on some other sessions, it's the same shit. Nothing happens.

This is weird, as it's never happened to me before.

Change all of the tracks to ticks instead of samples.

Change the tempo back to 150 first, then change all tracks to ticks, then change the tempo again.
