Problem with midi in REAPER

I am programming drums and i keep having this problem in reaper. When i insert a MIDI item, i make my first midi note (C2 in this case for the kick in superior) and when i make consecutive one after that, this happens

When I play it, it wont play that midi note cause its offset and then anything i program after that is offset. Anyone else have this problem?

In b4 i dont have snapping to the grid on

Try switching to drum programming mode and see how that works.

In the MIDI editor window: ALT+2, then ALT+7
