Problems with drumsound (DFH)

Hi,

Ik have a problem with the loudness of my drums.. there seems to be slight diffrence in loudness between the kicks, i've done nothing with the velocity so it must be something else but i can't find what causes it! The same is for snare, toms etc etc
I use Cubase SX3 and when i'm programing the drums and select "gridMatch" I see diffrent colors on the grid...

please help! haha

what are you using to program your drums? the standard cubase drum thingy? honestly i would export the stems and then throw in drumagogue for your snare kick and toms that should help provided you have dynamics off or very low..or just find an external program to program drums with
