Well, I never said that they were 'better for audio', just that they can ONLY be used for audio (CD-A's have a blank TOC on them when they are pressed. This allows stand-alone CD burners to burn tracks to the disc, and then burn data into the TOC. Whilst a CD-R is completely blank.).

It looks like there was just a slight mis-understanding in the way things were worded.

I personally use any mid-level CD-R that I can get my hands on.
