Problems with My CDC Account

I know this isn't exactly the best place for this, but I'm having real problems with this system, and it's driving me nuts! I can't log on, it's not recognizing my e-mail address, and I can't apply for help since it won't take me to customer service!

Anyone have a direct link to customer service or something so I can get this resolved... again? I've only been on the site once, and even then I had to jump through hoops to get on.

If you go to the main login page of the CDC site all the way on the bottom, right hand side there is a section for customer service. If you click on that, you should be able to just fill out the form and ask them to help you out.

I've tried that, but it isn't launching a pop-up window for me.

I had and it was still giving me problems. But I got it resolved now.
