i used to work at this law office and had to deal with them all the time! they are like, the worst people ever when their clients get in accidents.
No shit? I've had them for like 2 years now, and they take my money but other than that I don't hear from them. Everything's over the phone. I got a damn ticket last week for having an old address on my insurance card, so have to change it now. Probably should shop around more for insurance i guess...

yea i mean, i worked for an attorney representing people hurt by other people's cars! and progressive used to argue even claims made by their own clients, and they were the worst. i think commerce is probably the best and most protective plan in MA as of now.
