Hey,.. a strange question, but:
is the band called Symphony X, or Symphony Ten?

There are a couple of famous tenth symphonies in the classical world, Beethovens tenth for instance that was never finished.

The X has nothing to do with ten. I believe this is discussed in the FAQ section of www.symphonyx.com.

My mistake. At least I used the term "believe" in my statement thus giving me a little leeway. I can see that it isn't a part of the FAQ. Call it case of just hearing the same questions so many times and making an assumption.
