I was wondering if there was a good substitute for this plugin. Is there a free plugin that still does the job well?

Ahjteam, would you say that you prefer Ferox over PSP? I know you are a reliable source to feed from. I already have FerricTDS, that seems pretty nice.

Well, I used Ferox a lot back in the day, but I haven't used PSP. And since I'm no longer on a PC, I don't really use it anymore. But since the old version is free, try it out yourself But Tal-tube seriously is kick ass

if you are using pro tools... i recommend massey tape head saturator. it's not exactly "free" however you have unlimited use in the demo version. it just doesn't save presets.

personally, massey is one of my favorite plugin designers. there is no question that he is one of the most innovative designers out there.

Totally agree on Tape Head, awesome plugin and worth even buying it.
