I know the answers probably no because avid doesnt want us to have too much fun, but if i were to pick up a project mix and m-powered as well as an mbox mini with LE, will the Various plugins that came bundled with the mbox open in mpowered? If so, then thats by far the route im going to take!

if the m-powered software allows you to use RTAS plugins, I dont see why it wouldn't work.

what would be the point in buying both!? :S

The project mix is way cheaper than an 002/3 control surface and has 8 xlr inputs, but no bundled plug ins or programs. Add the m box mini and you have a decent amount of software and the ability to mix in pro tools on the go. it would seem logical that it should work because the plugins are RTAS, but I just want to be 100% sure.

Almost all of the Digi plugs worth having are free and included with any PT purchase. RTAS is compatible with any version of PT.
