question about harvest

I was reading an interview with Akerfeldt around the time blackwater park was released. A question about the song Harvest came up. Akerfeldt said something like it was a song that was finished beforehand (entering studio). Basicaly I am curious if Harvest was a song that is old. Was it written before all of the other Balckwater Park songs, like maybe around the time still life came out? I just thought Opeth wrote all new material for each album. Thanks.

It doesnt sound like something off still life or mayh for that matter, it probably meaans mike just made a demo at home or the whole song (IE the recording to still day beneath the sun)
