Question about UX2 Licenses, purchased models

I'm selling my Line 6 UX2, and I have a few packs purchased for it, like the Metal packs etc. I bought a Mbox 2 to replace it. I know the UX2 itself acts as a dongle. I've heard that there's now an ilok version of POD Farm 2. I'm pretty sure I can figure out how to deactivate my account on the UX2, but how do I then go about getting the ilok version and transferring my purchased packs and profile over to my ilok? Or is this even possible? To the best of my knowledge even if I sold the UX2 with the packs on it, they wouldn't even be able to use them without my account password, etc.

I thought you were supposed to be able to use pod farm without the ux plugged in since version 2.5?

With all the bullshit that happened with the initial release of 2.5, I never bothered upgrading.

It can be used, ( and I do have the latest version), but I can't use the model packs I bought without transferring my licenses to an ilok, as far as I know. Need to figure this out as it's being sold this week
