Question for guitarists.

Does anyone know how to properly play the acoustic indian sounding solo in Megadeth - Holy Wars? I know how to cheat, but it sounds like every note in the solo is picked.... If this is the case I need to know the most efficient way to fret this, and tips on how to pick so quickly.

Sorry, but I don't know. If it was Marty Friedman playing guitar, then every note probably was picked.
