Question RE: For Every Leaf That Falls EP

Are the three tracks on this EP the same versions that appear on "Of Sculptured Ivy and Stone Flowers"? Thanks!

Nope. They are totally different recording sessions. There are changes between the different versions, mainly in speed. The EP is much slower. There are also some vocal changes, and some guitar changes, as well as a different drummer. So, the versions are very different from one another.

yeah, and the versions on the full LP are quite good, but the song "For Every Leaf that Falls" is better on the EP. I think it is just a bit grittier...the LP version kinda looses the grind that I feel when I listen to the EP..just my opinion.

I like the playing better on the LP, but overall mood and tone of the song, I like the EP version of For Every Leaf better myself. It's much darker sounding, the way it was supposed to be.

I'm not sure I'm understanding what your question really is, to be honest...what do you mean which version?

I think he means the full length version or the original EP verison. If that's that case, it's the original EP version of the songs.
