Rage - maybe play some acoustic?

I looked at Rage's website (www.rage-on.de), and saw they have 5 unplugged shows when they return to Germany before releasing Soundchaser. So, I'm guessing there's a pretty good chance we may hear them try to play a few songs in preparation for that.

I'd rather hear them play some songs with Lingua Mortis, but I don't guess that's gonna happen.

I don't think they are going to do anything fancy like that. This is their first US show. They are going to do whatever it was that made them so popular overseas.... If that includes acoustic sets than maybe..... But I wouldn't bet on it.

I don't think they will do anything acoustic, except maybe for one song. They will play lots of heavy-in-your-face-metal!!!!!! RAGE WILL KICK ASS AT PPIV!!!

Anybody know if SPV is going to make Soundchaser available for sale at the show? Glenn, Any thoughts?

I also thought that I saw somewhere that Century Media had picked up distribution rights to the new (or maybe latest) Nightwish but weren't going to make it available to the US market until sometime in late September/early October.

Anybody else hear anything like that?

Yet, it is also possible that jfoitek has his head up his ass. Having said that, I would be interested in hearing a small acoustic set of maybe 3 shortened songs... or possibly an acoustic medley... followed by kick-your-ass metal for the rest of the night.
