I just bought Priest's 'Ram It Down' from Leading Edge for $6 (not the re-mastered version, but it still sounds great). What a bargain!

Ram It Down is so underrated.

My Favourite Priest album and a collection of awesome songs, just a bad drum machine sample....

Tim tells me it's a drum machine however i have footage of Dave Holland playing drums on the Ram it down tour ( bootleg), so who knows???

I am waiting for the second comming of the priest and from what i hear it may not be too far away.

Unless Dave's grown an extra pair of arms and magically managed to make his cymbals not bleed into the stereo mix like cymbals tend to do...

This song reaaaaaaaaaaaally gives me chills! The way Halford sings that last chorus with such passion and the lyrics I can relate to as well hehe.... when he lets out that huge scream "AND NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT AWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!" and then that KILLER chord progression under it, its so moving and anthemic!!!! So much pride!

I don't have Ram it Down, but I like the two songs from it that are on Metalworks. Blood Red Skies is brilliant, though it'd be even better without the keyboard/bass synth or whatever it is.

I'm *still* waiting for the remastered version of Unleashed In The East that I ordered last June!
