Ran guitars

Hey all. Have any1 of you heard about Ran guitars...? And can tell me more about them.
They're made in Poland, so I guess some of you may have a hard time to get one.. but europeans...

well.. some say that you can get a custom guitar(any shape and specs) for a really cheap prize.. like a necktrough custom for 1300$. That sounds unreal:s. Someone who can tell me more?????

And that is that buying effects and amps makes a much more dramatic difference than changing guitars.
