Yeah Nuclear Blast's shipping sucks to the states! And it takes 4 weeks to get here.

And yet I had ordered the Catch 22 re-release from another seller in Germany and it got here in 1 week! The shipping price wasn't that bad either!

Yeah stuff from Germany doesn't take long. I usually wait 4-6 weeks for my stuff to arrive and from Germany it takes about 2-3 weeks. If I remember correctly it was a bit cheaper as well.
