I have heard much better Power Metal than this (such as the aforementioned Rhapsody back in their heyday circa.

That stuff you posted is pretty much standard Power Metal, which what Rhapsody would have sounded like back in the days of their Power Of The Dragonflame album (when they still were metal and before they they went too classical and mellow) if you ripped out all the symphonic and orchestral work (the best part), Rhapsody's music was simply far more complex and enjoyable than any of their Power Metal peers back in the day, except for Blind Guardian and maybe one or two others.

I like how you say "back in the day" when it was only 2002 and their earliest demo was, what 94. By then, power metal's peak was way behind(which was the mid 80s to early 90s)

The symphonic/orchestral parts in power metal are the absolute shittiest parts, tbh.

Without the use of choirs the vocals are often just a guy with a squeaky voice raping the mike, adding classical elements transforms the rather dull nature of traditional power metal into something so much more epic and profound.

uh, there's nothing classical about the symphonics used in Rhapsody.

Which Rhapsody havbe you been listening to? They've have quite a long careeer, did you know that they actually had a full (real) orchestra and choir perform on some of their albums? Classical as hell...

First heard that Necrosanct album... three years ago?

Pretty good stuff. 8/10
