Mostly when I record demos for my own band I try out new things. This time I recorded real amps (no DI's as backup, dammit!) and made samples of our drummer's snare and kick and used 'm in the song.
Now I'm pretty satisfied how the drums and bass turned out (though the bass is just a quick recorded scratch track). But the guitars don't have any meat in it. How it sounds now is frankly already a lot better but I hope you guys can still give me some tips on how to improve them.
When the real bass is recorded and lead guitars + vocals are tracked as well I'll post the the full song, but right now it's just this 25 second sample lol.
