Actually true Haiti zombieism exists if ya didn't know, it has happened plenty of times that people have been injected with a chemical, declared dead, buried, exhumed by witch doctors, injected with the antidote which also gives mild brain damage/memory loss/whatever then sold as slaves... However they don't eat brains and run around killing people I think
