The only thing im not understanding is the reamp part. I understand how to get it started but then i gotta hook up the reamp box. Im using a firepod how and where do i route the signal into the reamp box would i route a main output to the reamp, then to a guitar head, then to a mic pre on the front? Im a little confused im trying to visualize it but my brain wont work. Im reading about bouncing tracks So im guessing export audio(guitar tracks only)and put in a blank template, check the reamp and record, then import audio back in your project and bam REAMPED? Sorry about the confusion its new to me IM SLOWLY GETIN IT thanks

Not sure if you got it yet.

I use Output 3L to send the dry track to my reamp box, then to the amp. After that, you can either mic up the amp and record how you normally would in your DAW, or you can take a line out from the amp if it's solid state, or use a hotplate if its a tube amp, and employ impulses to substitute for your cab.

You know what i do gotta use mainout into the reamp box, cause the whole thing records during playback if im not mistaken the reamp box changes impedence of the playback audio to fit guitar standards!! NO SHIT HONEY I SHRUNK THE KIDS  Took long enough now i just need cash to do it

Euh... almost i guess... but if you mean that the outs to your speakers are the "mainout". Well then you dont. So just to be clear on this: you can use the other remaining 6 outputs to do the reamping with. You can leave everything plugged in all the time! :)

Yea i have main outs that run to my monitors and cue outs that go to an external device like headphone amp etc etc see im thinking i got line TRS outputs for each channel (8 altogether) but i have no way to send the dry signal through them so the only thing i can think of is use the cueout puts

altogether---(SEND)cueout-reamp-amp-(RETURN)firepod makes sense to me
