Reamping purchase... opinions?

OK... so say I want to start reamping guitar tracks...

Would this be awesome to get?

I read that there are certain DI's better suited for active/passive pickups...

I use both active and passive pickups for tracking...

Would I use an ACTIVE DI for active pickups and a PASSIVE DI for Passive pickups or the other way around (passive DI=active pups; active DI= passive pups)?

This is still very confusing to me and I just want to get it figured out before I go out buying things...

The Reamp Kit from Radial is perfect. There is an ongoing debate over using passive or active DI's for active/passive pickups. Typically, IMO anyway, either will work fine for either type of pickup. Others will say differently, but I've used the original Cuniberti ReAmp with active pickups without any undesirable results. But that's just me. I'm sure somebody here has experienced other results, and found that using an active DI with active pups yielded the best results, or passive with passive...whatever.
