Reaper question about Faders

Hey Guys:
as you know reaper volume faders isn't really accurate, they move randomly.
I don't prefer using plugins for volume control.
anyway to change that?

Don't understand what you mean by randomly. If your faders seem to move erratically or unevenly relative to your mouse movements, that might have to do with your display options or settings for the faders. If you right-click the fader I know there are some options that can control the mouse/controller --> speed relationship, so I'd try that.

Also a good little trick I found is hold CTRL + click and drag the fader to move in 0.01db increments.

Disable tooltips on UI elements. There is a glitch in the OSX version that causes the faders to not move smoothly but not randomly.
Disable mousewheel on faders. This is the only thing I can think of that might cause a fader to move unintentionally.

By randomly I mean they don't move by a specific amount, for example it goes from 0db to 0.47db.

Also a good little trick I found is hold CTRL + click and drag the fader to move in 0.01db increments.

I believe you can customize the amount the faders move as well. I haven't done it, but almost anything is possible in Reaper!
