Just in case that logo on the CD to the right is not very legible, it's Southwicked - Death's Crown

01. Fates Warning - "The Spectre Within" [2002 Reissue] and "Awaken The Guardian" [2005 Reissue]

02. Slammer - "Nightmare Scenario" [I ordered the 2001 re-release and what I got was the crappy sounding 1991 original. I'm starting to wonder if the thing even exists! It's getting returned unless someone wants to trade me for the 'elusive' '01 reissue]

03. Paradox - "Tales Of The Weird" [THIS is everything I'd hoped it would be and then some. Best album since "Collision Course"]

04. Uncle Slam - "Say Uncle" [2009 reissue] [Reading the liner notes, I too know what it's like to lose your music collection in a fire. November 2004 my apartment blew up. Escaped death by mere mins]

are you sure that the 2001 is not just a repressing of the original version?

I've heard and have seen the 2001 reissue, and it has a much different mastering and slightly different artwork that says 'published 2001'. It also has the original label, Heavy Metal Records logo on the back panel and disc. Mine has 'published/copyright 1991' Heavy Metal Records on it, only. I am starting to think, though that the 2001 version is not official, but a bootleg.

If anyone else has any more info on this, chime in. I'm very curious. I'm getting tired of chasing this thing...

let me know how that Deathwish boot sounds. i assume it's the same audio as the previous boot, but i am curious.

It's released on Metalworks, not sure if it's a bootleg but the sound is very much like on the first Nuclear Assault albums (Game Over - Handle With Care) could be better at times especially on the last track.
I just couldn't resist to buy that album though - It's such an underrated gem.

it's a boot, trust me. Band hasn't authorized any release of it. If you get a chance and would like maybe upload a high quality mp3 or wav file to sendspace.com

my email is tribunalrecords@aol.com i am curious and would love to compare to mine.
