That does, however, remind me. For those in the know, have any good Star Wars games come out for PC in the last decade?
As said before: Knights of the Old Republic is very good.
Hmmmmm..........
I don't know! But do you know of any like, forensic/investigative-type games?
Well, it's been out for a while now, but I absolutely loved Condemned: Criminal Origins. It starts with a Crime Scene Investivator (no relation to the TV series) trying to find a serial killer, but it becomes so much more. Throughout the game you find you way (and your targets) by analyzing evidence and looking for traces. It's very good.
A game I'm playing through again is Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. Awesome first-person survival horror, and it feels like you're right in the middle of Innsmouth. Creepy.
Absolutely. Highly underrated game. A bit slow at times (and wickedly difficult - the back-of-the-truck part is insane), but the atmosphere is unparallelled. It's as good as Lovecraft's story.
IAlso theres Jade Empire max it was a great game though a bit short. Should be able to run it.
Jade Empire is a very good game too, indeed. But like you say, it's a bit short.
I can definitely also recommend Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. It's an awesome game, and the bugs are mostly resolved in the new fan patches (which are excellent). There's also Oblivion, which is good for over a hundred hours of play time, and which was, in my opinion, much better than boring old Morrowind, but opinion is divided on the subject.
*takes breath*
Neverwinter Nights 2 wasn't half bad, especially compared to the terrible piece of shyte that was the original.
As for non-role-playing games; get Civlization IV! I can't stress this enough - it's one of the best games ever made.
