Rome Total War, Medieval 2 TW, Company of Heroes, All C&C games from the Tiberium storyline (fuck red alert 2), Starcraft, Age of Empires 2

The space battles of Star Wars: Empire at War are pretty awesome, but the land battles suck.

The total war series is awesome. Shogun and Rome are pretty great. AOE 2 was AWESOME too. Play football manager games too, which are technically RTS, they're great.

RTW is probably my favorite game ever. I love that you can do double envelopment and other tactical maneuvers to great effect.
