Hey guys, I need some quick advice. Woot.com has 32gb class 10 SDHC cards on sale for $30 today, and I'm thinking about picking one up for recording and mixing sessions. According to what I've read, a class 6 card will give approximately the same speeds as a standard 7200 rpm, and the class 10 card is 4MB/s faster, not to mention hopefully more reliable than a regular drive.
The SC card reader I'd be using is built into my Lenovo Thinkpad, so I wouldn't be limited to USB bus speeds. I think this might work better than the USB external drive I'm using currently.
