I finally got an almost brand new mesa oversized cab. I was dicking around today with it and a song from my band and got a decent tone i think. Just remember the guitars are rough and a little loud to hear the tone more.

Hey man, it's not bad, but awfully thin I have to say, and a bit undergained too IMO (noticeable on those palm mutes). What were your settings? Sounds like you may have had the treble a bit higher than I like to set it as well (I've found 11:30 to be the best spot). Definitely has potential though!

And actually, it doesn't sound as thin with drums, though that could be because of how distracting that machine gun snare is Also, the timing is a bit off at times

Thanks for the reply man! I actually cut a lot of low mids out of the tone. Im not use to this new cab at all. I know the guitars are rough and the drums aren't good either I just wanted some feedback on the tone itself. yeah treble was around 2:00 with the presence relatively low.
