They should come more often in France, but they're too lazy. They are close to France. They could take their instruments and go to the sea. Then they should swim (with instruments above their heads, to avoid water) and crossing the sea. In France, they could find a Bicycle to ride to the middle of the country. So they'll find a Pub with electricity to plug in their instruments.
Finally, they would play all "Blackwater park" and "Still Life" songs for us.
But they are really too lazy

haha suckers! seen opeth 3 times in 13 months.
and seriously, i know how you feel... kalmah are my fav band, and they only played like 5 live shows. finntroll and ensiferum did their first european tour a few months ago. butterfly temple never did a tour, just separate dates. belphegor never came to NA. storm of sorrows only played like 10 shows, and never toured.
