Maybe it's the fact that the band Cream has Eric Clapton who is an extremely talented guitarist and not too shabby of a singer either. And to say The Wall is the only good Pink Floyd album is asinine. Anyone with basic musical knowledge would not even have to read what I just wrote to get it.

Cream was definitely a good band, although bassist Jack Bruce sang on almost everything, and not Clapton.

Being high does not impair your ability to write music. Felt I had to say that now even though I shouldn't have to. Also Cream was a great band and Floyd has done better than The Wall. DSOTM, Ummagumma, and Meddle.

My favorite reggae group is The Heptones. Their music is more relaxing and I prefer that in reggae.

Once again, you look no further than the FIRST RESULT on youtube under 'Reggae'

Sigh.

I expected more from people who have enough confidence to say Meshuggah sucks.

Try-

^ My fav song (reggae) atm.

Oh, and this is a pretty good song that has 100% to do with weed (everything this band does has to do with weed). I like this tune tho...

I know I should edit my last post but...

You guys can lock this or w/e. I know this is in "General Metal Discussion" and it has gotten so far off the topic of metal hah...

i can usually tell if i like something instantly. and i found the first youtube result of reggae rather pleasant. while Meshuggah sucked on first listen and every listen after that. i hate their guitar tone and the shitty ass vocals

Well...

Congrats on 1000

Your Ohiogrinder? Don't think so... and No... Maybe some machine head material however.

Edit: Also... Cream is a joke band FTMP they get stoned off their minds writting their material which is why it is so uninteresting. Also the only thing barely decent Pink Floyd ever did was "The Wall". And High On Fire is doom metal and probly the only thing decent enough to listen to that has "stoner" material as you put it.
This whole post is complete failure.

cream did write a lot of shit songs, but i forgive them for it. over half of their 'disraeli gears' record is fucking classic. floyd are less good though...

MD: every time i think you've hit rock bottom you break through the floor
