Rehearsal / Live mixing.. help?

Hey guys, so by far I was mixing only "computerized" instruments (e.g electronic drums, bass and computer amplified guitar).
So my band and I recorded our rehearsal and I tried to make it sound good,
only it did work
Can you guys point me to the things I can do better?

Honestly, for a live rehearsal, it could be far worse!

Sounds like you need to clean up the mud in the drums and low end a bit. Guitars seem to sit a little high and are a bit fizzy. Vocals need more air...or less lows.

How was everything tracked? It sounds cleaner than my previous attempts at recording band practice with (almost) everything mic'd.

well guitar is JCM800 > Orange 4x12 > sm57
(there's a distortion pedal on it)
bass is bass mark strait to the mixer
vocals are sm58
and drums have few mics:
Hihat,Snare,Snare bottom,kick,tom,low-tom & 2 overheads.

Well I tried to clean the drums.. also took the guitar down a bit..

You doing string to 2 tracks or multitracking?

If your multi tracking, some EQ, Compression, and some FX and it wouldnt be so bad for live.

FYI, Mic selection on the drums is gonna be a key factor here.

Oh and guitar tone is hella thin, is that what your going for?
