Reverbs: What do you use?

nowadays it's mainly the ambience plugin or reaverb with some quality impulses....there are loads of IRs to be found on the web, just takes a while to get through all the crappy ones ^^

Can I ask what reverb is mainly used on - just drums and vocals?

Anyway, I quite like ArtsAcoustic on drums.

Drums, vocals, and lead guitars for me.
And very, very rarely, on rhythm guitars, but that's only for teh uber natural band in a room style mixes.

I only use freebies.

Ambience "J Ring - drum room" preset with wet slider at about -10 for rhythm guitars.

Palancarware Empire or AriesVerb Alpha on solos.

Lexicon PCM 70- Mainly use the 'Rich Plate' preset. Very Full

Yamaha Rev 5- Mainly use for drums, Percussion Plate 1 sec decay

Yamaha Rev 7- Vox/guitars, Vocal Plate 1 to 3 sec decay

Eventide H3000 D/SE- When not using for pitch, cloneverb

Digitech TSR12- Nice on acoustic gtr, preset 12, long verb

Been using Freeverb and the built in Cubase SX one...Roomworks quite a bit, actually.

Just for the record I loath Dverb, I think the new verbs that digi includes in pt8 are much better.

That does it for me, I have tried some others and didn't like them that much. I'm sure there are some better ones out there though, I kind of want to grab a Lexicon MX400XL just for the ability run it via VST (I think this could be rad).
