Riff stealing\borrowing!

There are always bands out there borrowing,stealing and ripping off other bands out there. Sometimes its too much for their own good. Got any examples of this? Feel free to post, I will start with this one:

All late 70's metal
Kai Hansen (50% of everything from it)

Drowning the Light ripped off entire compositions from Yanni and RPG Maker, and probably others. That band sucks.

why is it so bad if a band copy's a few riffs sometimes? it's hard to make every song completely original when you're making an album.
