They have to have the roadtrip feel to them.
By that i mean something that fuels you. An album you dont mind driving to and actually makes your trip a memorable experience.
MY FAVORITE ROAD-TRIP ALBUMS:
#1 DOWN-NOLA something about this disc that makes it great driving music.THE BEST southern metal album(still remains on my top 5 fav.albums)

2 OPETH-STILL LIFE this album flows nicely in the autumn months

3 BLS-HANGOVER MUSIC majority of people probably hate zakk's singing but just give it a try(esp.if you had 1 too many beers the night before)

4 TYPEONEGATIVE-OCTOBER RUST their best in my opinion and every song is placed perfectly

5 AGALLOCH-THE MANTLE snowfall helps w/ the atmosphere
----this could be a great topic to hear each others experiences and thoughts CHEERZ "chris the greek"
