Roadrunner united.

First off, I consider this a momumental movement in metal. Unbelievable how this wasn't thought of before. When you get quality masterminds together in the same room your gonna have results. The line up is awsome! Heafy is a brilliant kid, and i could go on and on. Roadrunner rocks for doing this but I hope it doesnt stop here. This kind of thing should happen once a year in the metal community. The disc and DVD is great. Wish I could go to the Show in NYC.

I liked it. As said before, there were some weak songs (like the one with Keith Caputo on it....blech!). I was actually disappointed, believe it or not, that I couldn't hear more of Sean Malone. We all know Sean is very capable and doesn't exactly spend the whole time playing roots....and it was very hard to tell that on that black metal song. I think the songs Heafy captained were a bit guitar heavy, actually.

I hope the fact that they did this can open up some of the past artists eyes that it happened and they might jump onboard for another one. One thing I was very, very happy about: Nobody from Nickelback participated. \m/

Heafy was a little guitar heavy but Im sure thats what they were going for. Especialy with the King Diamond Song. And yes thank god no nickleback. Thats a bold statment if you ask me. I mean theres nickleback, the biggest band on the label probably just because its freakin nickleback, and they arnt on this disc. Wonder how pissed they were

I love it overall. Highlights are James' solo on "Annihilation By The Hands Of God" and of course the King Diamond track, which is straight up pimp!
