Did anyone see Dilans frown when Lukas got the standing O from the band... It was quick but she didn't look happy...I still think Dilana would be better for the band...

I totally agree that Dilana is the best fit. I would actually buy the Supernova cd if she wins.

But, for the first time, almost every rocker had a good week. (Hell, even Zayra's performance didn't make my skin crawl...and I hatehatehate her vocals and "performances").

I am a huge Dilana supporter and I agree her song did suck. But, Patrice and Josh need to head on home. I thought Lukas and Ryan had good songs, and Ryan's performances don't do anything for me.
With a songwriter such as Butch Walker invovled, I highly doubt that writing ability is on the top of their list in what they are looking for in a singer. This band is all about image and presence, rather than being the most respected musicians. Imo, the singer with the most vibe and presence and ability to control a crowd while delivering acceptable vocals will win out.

they're keeping Z around for shock and showmanship factor, she constantly does things different, and she's the only one pushing that envelope. Josh and Jill are gone and I'm happy, hell they could've gotten rid of Ryan too and I'd be ok.

How did Magni get the encore over Dilana? I don't see why the guys like him so damn much, he's too laid back and mellow for them.

Ryan and Dundee need to go next in my opinion. Ryan will probably be next to go as they're coming down on him again and proving one performance won't save you know matter how high the girsl scream.

That will leave the ladies and Lucas and for some damn interesting performances. But it's all gonna come down to Lucas and Dilana.

On a side note, I did think it was cool that Magni played guitar w/ Z.

I don't get where people think Z is pushing an envelope of any kind? She wears stupid looking costumes that make her look like a Cher wannabe! The poor girl has been mislead into thinking she can actually sing and perform somewhere along the way. It's sad really.

Josh deserves to go home. He NEVER listened to any of their suggestions. He is a one trick pony. He would do great in a 90's alternative cover band. Also, they told him to NOT play guitar and sing. So what does he do, pull out the guitar!

Jill I always found disturbing to watch. Glad she is gone.

I'm annoyed with Ryan because he keeps ripping of the arrangements of his songs and calling them his own. As Jibrille pointed out after his "Losing My Religion" performance, it is nearly identical to the one performed by Tori Amos. I know, I searched for it on the internet and found several versions of it on a website. Last night he takes "Enjoy The Silence" and claims on stage that he's modernized the arrangement and BAM! It sounds identical to Lacuna Coil's cover version on Karmacode. Someone needs to call him on it.

I was surprised that Zayra keeps getting through. Her voice gives me the same reaction as fingernails scraping down a chalkboard and the skin-tight outfits on her skinny body do nothing for me. Now, put one of those on Storm Large and then we'll have something to talk about.

It was a bit shocking to see them kick two people off last night, but I'm glad they are picking up the pace a little. I don't think anyone expected Josh and Jill (went up a hill to fetch a pail of water) to win, and as has been stated on here many times before we're pretty sure who will be in the final... Dilana and Lukas. I hope that somehow Magni or Storm will wind up replacing Lukas in the final two because, let's face it, the world has one Billy Idol already.
