Roland Quad Capture or ZOOM G3

Hi,
I need some decent not to expensive sound card to listening and guitar, bass, vocals recording.
What would you recommend guys? Roland or Zoom? Maybe any Focusrite?
Up to £180.

I have a Quad Capture and it's awesome. Can't help you with the others though.

I have the Zoom G5, I use it as a guitar interface, to record my guitar, it's really great.The G3 should be the same.
I have no idea about the Roland Quad Capture, but I've heard good things about it.

Hi, I'm confused a little bit now but I think I will go for Roland but not 100% sure yet

I'm buying a Quad Capture this week once I sell off my POD. It seems like the mid-priced home studio interface to beat, alongside the Scarlett 6i6, though I think the Roland is better.
