What I've decided to do to break ties is the following: you vote for ARTISTS OVERALL instead of ALBUMS. Also this tie breaker round will also be open about 18 hours, to not slow down the overall process too much. There are two ties from round #1:

Man, this is a though one. MF's first release was 1982, Celtic Frost's first release was 1984. And remember, the years between 1982 -> 1984 were MONUMENTAL. I think even CF would vote for MF, so there you have it.
